Please find the legal obligations related to the following cancellation, refund and transfer policy that apply to your investment.
This transaction has a cooling off period of 3 days. Any cancellations within this period will not incur charges.
Registration confirmations
You will receive a seminar, training, or event information letter via email two (2) weeks prior to the seminar, training, or event. If you have not received this information two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date, please contact the office on admin@soulanchorage.com.au.
Deposits
At the expiration of the cooling off period, all deposits are non-refundable. This is due to the costs associated with seminar, training or event resources being ordered and provided to you by Soul Anchorage.
Once paid, registration fees for seminars, training and other events are non-refundable.
If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance at a Soul Anchorage seminar, training or event, registration is transferable via request & subsequent approval, only to another Soul Anchorage seminar, training or event hosted by Soul Anchorage. The registrant must provide either written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration at least fourteen (14) days before the commencement of the seminar, training, or event. Your rescheduled seminar, training or event must take place within one (1) year from the original seminar, training, or event date. All transfer requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis as enrolments are approved by Soul Anchorage
before being accepted into our seminars, trainings, or events. If Soul Anchorage deems your transfer request successful, an administration fee of AUD$50 will apply in the event you transfer your seminar, training, or event date as permitted. This administration fee must be paid in full by the agreed time frame. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with Soul Anchorage in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration.
Sale of seminar, training or event tickets is not permitted.
Cancellation of Seminar, Training or Event by Soul Anchorage
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a seminar, training, or event at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a seminar, training, or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled seminar, training, or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date.
Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed seminar, training or event shall be applied to the rescheduled seminar, training, or event, on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event Soul Anchorage elects not to reschedule the cancelled seminar, training or event, the registrant will be offered a full refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Soul Anchorage is not responsible for airline tickets, accommodation, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs, and/or expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip.

By registering for a seminar, training, or event, you acknowledge that Soul Anchorage does not make any guarantee, representation, or warranty as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient.
